How do I get a quote?

Send a request on the website, email us or call. List the items and volumes or attach a drawing — a manager will get back to you during working hours with a quote.

Do you work with companies and sole traders?

Yes. We work with construction companies, building-material suppliers, manufacturers and private clients, and provide all closing documents with the shipment.

Where are you located?

PLASTIZA has offices in Lviv (154 Shevchenka St.) and Kyiv (18 Yu. Matushchaka Ln.). Please arrange a meeting with a manager in advance.

How do I choose the right rebar spacer?

It depends on the base and rebar position: “Nastil” for loose bases; “Stiika”, “Zashchipka” and “Zasuvka” for horizontal rebar on solid bases; “Zirochka” for vertical elements.

What is the minimum order?

Spacers ship in packs of 100 to 2,000 pcs depending on the item and size; the exact pack size is shown on each product card.

How many spacers per m²?

Typical consumption of horizontal spacers is 4–6 pcs per m², depending on rebar spacing and load.

Do you provide quality documents?

Yes, documents confirming product quality are available on request.

Can you make a part from my drawing?

Yes. Send a drawing, a 3D model or a sample — we’ll assess manufacturability, quote the mold and molding and agree on lead times.

How much does a mold cost?

It depends on part size and complexity, cavity count and precision; we quote after reviewing the drawing.

Can you mold in my mold or hand the mold over?

Both are possible: we can hand the mold over or run the batch and deliver finished products.

What are the lead times?

For catalog items lead time depends on batch size; for new parts on mold complexity and volume. Exact dates are fixed in the quote.

How is delivery handled?

We deliver across Ukraine by courier services, freight carriers or transport by arrangement; terms are agreed when you order.

What are the payment terms?

Flexible terms that suit your company, including bank transfer for businesses; individual terms are available for regular clients.

Can I collect the order myself?

Yes, pickup is possible by prior arrangement with a manager.
